Neal Huffman | CEO/co-founder

Neal has over 40 years in software development, innovation, and product management rollouts spread across the telecommunications and enterprise software industries.  He played a role in the first Fiber to the Home technology deployed in Loudon County, Virginia in the 1998-2002 timeframe.  He transitioned to enterprise software and quickly latched on to the cloud deployment model (before Cloud became what it is today).  He helped pioneer an integrated credit card solution for the fare gate/public transit industry and evangelized the rollout of a distributed model for a major player of county software solutions.  Neal is not afraid of taking on new innovative approaches to existing markets and becoming an evangelist in the process.  He does not shy away from the unknown and is fully focused on evangelizing Farelane’s approach for taking the obfuscation out of the transportation lane pricing chaos that exists today.  He is intently focused on bringing real time fare solutions enabling all players success in the transportation industry.

Andrew Cohen | CTO/co-founder

Andrew is a pioneering technology leader and inventor (patents and patents pending) with over 40 years guiding creation and development of collaborative systems in logistics, distribution, reservations, airline operations, medical devices, social expression and graphics achieving sustainable value and capital return in start-ups and the Fortune 100. His strengths include matching clients evolving expectations with imagination and technology.  He understands market disruptive forces and associated customer requirements and has a keen eye for matching technology with product implementations.  His background in the areas of AI implementation, machine learning, big data, internet empowerment and the 24/7/365 nature of business deliver enormous power through IoT solutions to Clients worldwide.

Kapil Reddy | Lead Developer

With over 16 years of IT experience, Kapil Reddy is an industry veteran, with a skill set spanning everything from Apache Kafka to the Azure cloud, across the globe, including India, Saudi Arabia, New Zealand, and the United States. Specializing in cutting-edge server technologies and cloud-based data implementations, Kapil is equally-fluent with AWS, Oracle, Microsoft and Google data centers, as well as Java, React/NodeJS, MongoDB, MySQL, Docker, and Kafka.

John Larkin | Advisory Board

John G. Larkin, CFA, joined Legg Mason in October 2001 to form and lead the firm’s entry into the transportation markets. Mr. Larkin was recognized as an All-Star Analyst by Institutional Investor in 2006 and as The Wall Street Journal All-Star Analyst five times, most recently for his stock picks during the year 2010. In addition, he was rated as number one by Forbes.com/StarMine in EPS estimate accuracy in the road and rail category in 2008 and as number one stock picker in 2003 by Forbes.com/StarMine in both the road and rail, and the airfreight and logistics categories. He received additional recognition in 2004 by placing third in the 2004 Forbes.com/StarMine stock-picking survey in the road and rail category. From 1998 to 2001, Mr. Larkin was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of RailWorks Corporation, a publicly traded transportation services company with revenues of $800 million. From 1987 to 1998, Mr. Larkin was a key member of Alex. Brown & Sons’ transportation team, serving as a Managing Director for the last five years. During that period, Mr. Larkin was recognized twice by The Wall Street Journal and twice by Institutional Investor as an All-Star Analyst. From 1984 to 1987, Mr. Larkin held various positions in planning and economic analysis at CSX Transportation Inc. Mr. Larkin began his career in the transportation industry in 1977, serving as a Research Assistant at the Center for Transportation Research at The University of Texas at Austin. He joined Day & Zimmermann, Inc., as a Transportation Systems Consultant in 1979, serving until 1982. Mr. Larkin earned his MBA from Harvard University in 1984 and a bachelor’s degree and an M.S. in civil engineering from The University of Vermont and The University of Texas, respectively. In addition, he is a Member of the boards of advisers for the Eno Transportation Foundation and Comcar Industries, and he is a Member of the Baltimore CFA Society.

Bobbie Campbell | Executive Director of Operations

With over 20 years in logistics, supply-chain finance, communications and contract management,  Bobbie Campbell has been monitoring accounts to identify issues and manage client outcomes for a major part of her carrier. Bobbie’s back office system management experience, coupled with her tools and office applications configuration experience, are industry assets. She has played a key role in expanding a major load board for Carriers, Brokers and TMS companies, and uses her insight for details and organization to assist her coworkers unique needs. She is passionate about developing and maintaining strong relationships, and has worked closely with large trucking companies including Jerue, McLeod, American Diamond and others to derive the best out of industry relationships.  She is dedicated to advancing Farelanes’ mission of Real Time Pricing to the trucking industry.
